I am an upcycler, artist maker who enjoys the journey that ensues in developing my ideas. I have spent over 45 years joyfully exploring my creative flow with much of that time sharing skills with all ages of students as an arts educator. Arts explorations and teaching led me to becoming a storyteller, mask maker, dollcrafter, tessellator in paper and fabric, tile maker, poet and writer; and an events planner.

I sometimes play in the kitchen with sourdough and more recently with white kimchi. I also develop recipes using my nightshade free seasonings, and I find myself once again taking up the practice of seed gathering and saving.

By welcoming in creativity, I have received far more into my life than I could have imagine!

Every day I say, "Yes"! to some small creative thing. Saying yes to creativity is my greatest resource providing me with a diversified tool box that reaches into nearly every aspect of my existance. I create and enjoy learning new skills and techniques as I satisfy the call of my muses.

My artistic persuits continue to go hand in hand with my interest in vibrational wellness arts, including Reiki, Reconnective Healing, Hooponopono, Zen Dance and Self-Creative Happiness Facilitation.

May we Humans Stay Kind, Be Loving, Emotionally Creative, Generous of Spirit, Compassionate and Awake so that we Human Beings can continue to exist on this planet with as many of the natural resources currently available, coupled with the wisdom of ancestors, so that in future time, if beings from other worlds arrive here, they will be able to experience the jewel of our planet and a unified human species.
